If you are a city council member or have influence in your neighborhood, you might want to present the idea of an annual "neighborhood junk removal day" to your city council. It's a tremendous way to beautify your neighborhood, help increase property values and save big dollars on junk removal.
Let's say that 20 houses in your neighborhood each have a quarter load (approx 3 cubic yards) of junk. If they booked us individually, the total cost would be 20 x $197 (quarter load price) = $3,940. If they book as a group, we charge for the overall load size. 20 quarters would be 5 full dumpsters. That total cost would be 5 x $429 (full load price) = $2,145. By working together, the neighbors save $1,795 (or $89.75 each). So instead of $197 each, they only pay $107.25 each. That's a 45% discount!
